Printed slips that keep everyone on the same page
Saving an order can print a kitchen or packing slip with the items and any cooking notes, without prices. When a rider is assigned, a delivery slip prints with the customer's name, masked phone number, address, landmark and the exact cash to collect.
The customer receives an invoice with items, delivery charge, discount, tax where applicable and payment mode, with your business name and logo. Every slip carries the order number, so any query can be traced in seconds.

Notes from our setup team
Practical advice from setting up delivery businesses like yours.
Items and notes only; prices on a kitchen slip just add clutter.
Riders read slips on the road; the address and landmark matter most.
The order number on the bag avoids mix-ups when several orders leave together.
Frequent reprints can point to lost slips or a training need.
