The right delivery charge, every time
Define the areas you deliver to, with a charge, a minimum order and an expected time for each. The order taker picks the area and the rest is applied automatically.

| Block A | 100 | 500 | 20 min | Active |
| Block C | 100 | 500 | 25 min | Active |
| Area 1 | 120 | 700 | 25 min | Active |
| Area 4 | 180 | 1,000 | 35 min | Active |

Delivery area setup with sample data
Clear rules for where you deliver
Every area you serve is set up once with its delivery charge, the minimum order value and the time a delivery there normally takes. When an order taker chooses the customer's address, the area is known and the charge is added to the bill automatically.
Areas can be switched off at busy times or limited to certain hours. Because each order carries its area, reports later show which areas bring the most orders and which take the longest to reach.
Key points
- Charge, minimum order and time per area
- Free delivery above an order value
- Areas switched off or limited by time
- Warning when an order is below the minimum
- Area on every order for reporting
