Know who served what, and how well
Each waiter, cashier and manager has a login with the right permissions, so every order, discount and cancellation is traced to a person and performance is easy to compare.

Clear roles, clear responsibility
Every staff member signs in with their own user. Waiters can take orders and send them to the kitchen; cashiers can bill and take payment; managers can approve discounts, cancellations and reprints. Rights are set per role and can be adjusted per person.
Because each action carries a name, reports show sales, tables, average bill and cancellations by waiter. It becomes easy to reward strong performers and spot where training or closer supervision is needed.
Key points
- Separate login for every staff member

Notes from our setup team
Practical advice from setting up restaurants like yours.
A shared user hides who did what; give everyone their own.
Most waiters only need to order and send to the kitchen.
A rising cancel count is worth a conversation early.
Recognising top performers works better than only checking mistakes.
Waiters & staff: common questions
Can a waiter be stopped from giving discounts?
Yes. Discounts can be blocked or limited, or require a manager's approval.
Does it track staff attendance or salaries?
The POS records who signed in and their sales. Attendance and payroll needs are discussed during setup.
Can I see who cancelled an item after it went to the kitchen?
Yes. The cancel log shows the item, the user, the time and any approval.
Can one person have more than one role?
Yes. Rights can be combined, for example a senior waiter who can also bill.
