Orders reach the kitchen the moment they are taken
No more shouting orders or reading handwritten chits. Each order goes to the right station as a clear ticket with table, waiter, items and special instructions.

Clear orders, fewer mistakes
When a waiter sends an order, the POS creates a kitchen order ticket. Items are routed by station, so BBQ items print at the grill, curries at the hot kitchen and drinks at the counter, each with the table number and any notes.
If more items are added later, only the new items are sent as a fresh ticket. Cancelled items are printed as cancellations, so the kitchen never cooks something that is no longer wanted and the manager can see every change.
Key points
- KOT printed per station or shown on a kitchen screen
- Table, waiter, time and guest count on every ticket
- Notes like less spicy or no onion
- Add-on and cancel tickets, never a full reprint
- Every KOT linked to the final bill

Kitchen order tickets: common questions
Do I need a kitchen screen, or will a printer do?
A thermal KOT printer is enough for most restaurants. A kitchen screen is optional; we help you choose during setup.
Can different items go to different kitchens?
Yes. Each category or item can be routed to its own printer or screen.
What happens when a guest adds items later?
Only the new items are sent as a new ticket, linked to the same table.
Which printers work for KOTs?
Standard thermal printers usually work. We check your exact models during setup.
