Counter, phone and delivery in one queue
Takeaway and delivery orders sit alongside dine-in, so the kitchen sees everything in order and the manager knows which rider has which order and how much cash is due.

Every non-table order, organised
For phone orders, typing the customer's number brings up their name, saved address and past orders. The order goes to the kitchen like any other, with a takeaway or delivery label so it is packed correctly.
Delivery orders are assigned to a rider when they leave. The system tracks which orders each rider is carrying and how much cash they should bring back, so settlement at the end of a run takes seconds.
Key points

Yes. You can set a delivery charge for each area.
How do I know how much cash a rider owes?
The rider settlement screen lists his delivered orders and the total cash due.
Does a cloud kitchen with no tables work?
