Overview

Stock that keeps itself up to date

Every item has its own stock card. Purchases, sales, returns, transfers and adjustments all post to it automatically, so the balance on screen is the balance on the shelf, without manual registers.

Set a reorder level for each item and the system warns you before it runs out. Items with an expiry date are tracked by batch, so you can sell the oldest first and act before stock goes to waste.

Key points

  • Live balance for every item and branch
