What barcode billing does for your counter
When a cashier scans a product, the POS finds it by its barcode and adds it to the bill with the correct price, tax and discount. There is nothing to type and no price list to remember, so a new cashier can bill correctly on the first day.
Products that come without a barcode (loose items, your own packing, clothing) get a label printed from the system. Each sale reduces stock immediately, so your stock report and your counter always agree.

Yes. You can print labels with barcode, name and price on a label printer or on A4 sticker sheets.
Can one bill be paid partly by card and partly in cash?
Yes. Split payment is supported, and each part shows correctly in the cash book.
Can a receipt be sent on WhatsApp?
Yes, the bill can be shared digitally as well as printed.
