Bill by frame, century or hour, without arguments

The system counts frames and minutes and applies your rates exactly, so every bill is the same no matter who is at the counter.

Overview

Your rates, applied the same way every time

Each table has its own rate card: a price per frame, a price per century, an hourly rate, or all three. You can set different rates for day and night, weekends or VIP tables, and the system picks the right one by the clock.

When the game ends, play time and frames are calculated automatically and the canteen items on that table are added. The counter sees exactly how the amount was worked out, which keeps disputes short and staff honest.

Key points

Notes from our setup team

Practical advice from setting up clubs like yours.

Write rates down first

List every table type and rate before setup so we enter them correctly once.

Choose one rounding rule

Players accept rounding when it is the same every time and shown on the bill.

Use minimum charges

A minimum per game covers very short sessions fairly.

Print the bill

A printed breakdown ends most arguments before they start.

FAQ

Time-based billing: common questions

Can one table have both frame and hourly rates?

Yes. The counter chooses the game type when starting, and the matching rate is used.

What if a game runs from day rate into night rate?

The time in each period is charged at that period's rate, and the bill shows both parts.

Can players split the bill?

Yes. A bill can be split equally or by amount, and each part can be paid differently.

Can we change rates later?

Yes. Authorised users can update rates at any time; new rates apply to games started after the change.
