Clear shifts, clear roles, clear responsibility
Every action is linked to the person who did it, so shift handovers are clean and the owner knows who handled each table and each rupee.

Shift list with sample staff and sales
Who did what, and when
Each staff member logs in with their own user and a role such as counter, canteen or manager. Roles decide what they can do: a counter user can start and bill tables, but cancelling a game or giving a large discount needs a manager.
A shift is opened with a cash float and closed with a count. Running tables carry over to the next shift without losing time, and each shift's sales, discounts and voids are reported by user.
Key points

Notes from our setup team
Practical advice from setting up clubs like yours.
Personal logins are what make the activity log useful.
Approval for cancellations stops most misuse quietly.
Let running tables carry over rather than closing them early.
Use reports to spot patterns, then talk to staff calmly.
Staff & shifts: common questions
Can a staff member work on more than one shift?
Yes. The same user can open different shifts, and each is reported separately.
Does it track staff attendance?
Shift open and close times are recorded. Full payroll or biometric attendance is not assumed; we discuss your needs during setup.
Can I limit what a canteen boy can see?
Yes. Roles control which screens and actions each user has.
What if a staff member forgets to close a shift?
A manager can close it, and the action is recorded with their name.
