Every table, live on one screen
The counter sees at a glance which tables are busy, which are free, how long each game has run and what each table owes right now.
Playing for over 2 hours
Live floor view with sample tables and amounts
Your whole hall, without walking the floor
Each table is a tile on the counter screen. Its colour shows whether it is playing, free, paused or reserved, and the tile shows the game type, running time and the bill so far, including canteen items sent to that table.
Starting a game is one tap on a free table. The counter can pause a table during a break, move players to another table without losing time, and close the bill when they finish. Nothing depends on someone remembering when a game started.
Key points
- Colour-coded status for every table
- Running time and running bill per table
- Start, pause, resume and stop in one tap
- Move or merge a game to another table
- Reserve a table for a time slot

Notes from our setup team
Practical advice from setting up clubs like yours.
Use the numbers painted on your tables so counter staff and players never mix them up.
Pause only for real breaks; every pause is logged with time and user.
Book tables for members or tournaments so walk-ins see they are taken.
A counter screen facing staff makes it easy to spot free tables quickly.
Live table view: common questions
Can it handle pool and PlayStation as well as snooker?
Yes. Each table or station is set up with its own type and rates, and they all show on the same live view.
What happens if the power goes off?
Start times are saved, so running games are still there when the system comes back. The counter can pause tables during an outage.
Can players move to another table mid-game?
Yes. The game, time and canteen items move with them to the new table.
Does it control table lights automatically?
Light control depends on the hardware in your club. We discuss your setup and confirm what is possible during setup.
