Stock Check screen with sample data

Overview

Stock you can trust before the van leaves

Every goods received note adds stock and every invoice, sale return and purchase return moves it. Because all of it goes through the system, the balance on the Stock Check screen matches the warehouse without a separate register.

Stock is shown in cartons and loose pieces, grouped by company or brand, with its value at cost. Reorder levels flag items that are running short, so you can place the next purchase order before routes start missing sales.
