Overview

Billing that follows the way you sell

Distributors sell by route. Each invoice is linked to a sales area, a salesman and a shop, so every sale lands in the right shop ledger, the right salesman's figures and the right route report without extra work.

Items are entered in cartons and loose pieces. The system converts them using each item's pack size, applies the rate list, trade schemes and discounts, and prints the invoice with the shop's previous balance, so the salesman knows what to collect.

Notes from our setup team

Practical advice from setting up distributors like yours.

Set pack sizes first

Correct pieces per carton for every item is what makes carton and piece billing accurate.

Map shops to routes

Assign every shop to one route and salesman so reports split cleanly.

Keep schemes dated

Give each trade scheme a start and end date so old offers stop by themselves.

Print the balance

Showing the previous balance on the invoice helps salesmen recover on the spot.

FAQ

POS billing: common questions

Can one invoice mix cartons and loose pieces?

Yes. Each line takes cartons and pieces, and the amount is calculated from the item's pack size.

Can different shops have different rates?

Yes. Rate lists can be set for shop types or individual shops; we set these up with you during onboarding.

Can salesmen take orders on a mobile phone?

Order booking options depend on your setup. We confirm what fits your routes during the demo.

Which printers does it support?

Invoices print on standard A4/A5 printers, and thermal printers can be used for smaller slips. We check your hardware during setup.
