Overview

Focus the whole team on one brand

Distributors often run a focus brand each month, either a new launch or a brand the company wants pushed. Selecting it as brand of the month gives it its own target and its own progress view, without changing how invoices are made.

Because every invoice records the route, salesman and shop, the system shows how much of the brand was sold, how many shops bought it and which salesmen are pushing it, so the effort is visible during the month and not only at the end.

Key points

  • One focus brand selected per month
  • Separate target for the brand
  • Shops reached vs total shops
  • Sales by route and salesman
  • Comparison with previous focus months
