Overview

Know who is behind while there is still time

A target only helps if you can see progress during the month. Each salesman and each company gets a monthly target, and the system tracks sales against it every day from the invoices already being made.

Achievement is shown next to time gone: if 74% of the month has passed, a salesman at 68% is behind and one at 82% is ahead. That simple comparison tells managers where to focus in the remaining days.

Notes from our setup team

Practical advice from setting up distributors like yours.

Match company targets

Set company targets the same way the principal sets yours, so reports line up.

Review weekly

A short weekly look at time gone vs achieved is enough to steer the month.

Use needed per day

Telling a salesman the daily amount needed is clearer than a percentage.

Keep targets realistic

Base targets on past months per route, not only on company pressure.

FAQ

Sales targets: common questions

What is time gone?

It is the share of the month that has passed. Comparing it with achievement shows whether a target is on track.

Can targets be set by company as well as by salesman?

Yes. Targets can be set per user and per company.

Are targets by value or by cartons?

Targets are tracked by sales value. If you need carton-based targets, we confirm this during setup.

Does it calculate incentives?

Target reports support incentive decisions. Automatic incentive calculation depends on your policy, which we review during setup.
